He has been a member of Top Achievers and Master's Club for the last 10 years. Works well with sellers & buyers. Previously owned several successful businesses.

In addition to being among the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage International President's Club, John is the #1  sales associate in the company's Folsom office and is ranked number 44 in the company's Sacramento-Tahoe region for 2008. He is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (C.H.M.S) and e-Marketing Specialist. He is also part of the Multiple Listing Service for Sacramento, El Dorado, and Placer Counties.

Personal Background
John grew up in a real estate family-both his mom and dad were outstanding realtors in the Santa Clara Valley in the Bay Area. John chose to move to beautiful Folsom, CA over 17 years ago. Active in local charities. John has two great children and a wonderful wife, Jane.  John enjoys playing racquetball, skiing, golfing, and jet-skiing.
